Wisconsin Right to Work Law Upheld Again

A three-judge panel of 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago ruled that two union affiliates, the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 139 and the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 420, did not provide sufficient cause for the court to overturn a previous decision upholding the Right to Work Law in Indiana.
